Every treatment plan starts with a remote review of your records by a partner surgeon. This protects you from travelling for an operation you may not need and ensures the price you receive is based on your actual case.

What to send. Recent X-rays (weight-bearing for knee, hip and foot), MRI or CT scans as DICOM files or radiology reports, any previous operation notes, a list of medications and a short summary of your symptoms and goals.

How it works. Upload files through our secure form or share a cloud link. A coordinator checks completeness the same day. A surgeon in the relevant subspecialty reviews within 48 hours and returns a written opinion: diagnosis, recommended procedure, alternatives, expected recovery and a fixed package price.

Second opinions. If you are unsure, we can request a second surgeon's opinion at no cost. Different views are presented openly.
